If you want a Bournemouth base that keeps the logistics easy, Hampton by Hilton Bournemouth is a smart shout. You're right in the town centre, so you can finish 18 holes and be back among the bars, restaurants and the beach in no time. The Lower Gardens and Bournemouth's famous seven-mile stretch of sand are an easy stroll away, which is ideal when the group wants something other than another pint and a post-round replay of missed putts.
Golf-wise, you're well placed for a proper Dorset tick-list. Classic heathland tests like Parkstone and Broadstone are a straightforward drive, while Meyrick Park and Queens Park give you solid in-town options if you want to stay close and keep the day moving.
Over the road you've got the nearby leisure complex with restaurants, a cinema and Mulligan's crazy golf, handy for an easy evening plan when not everyone wants the same thing. Bottom line, this is a modern, no-fuss base that suits golf groups who care more about great courses and a lively location than on-site spa extras.
Who is this for?
Golf groups, societies and friends' trips looking for a central Bournemouth base that combines access to top heathland courses with a vibrant town centre location. Ideal for golfers who want variety on the course and options off it, from beach walks to nightlife.
Who is it best for?
Golfers targeting classic southern heathland layouts like Parkstone and Broadstone, plus groups who value convenience, a lively après-golf scene and the flexibility to tailor their own itinerary around Bournemouth's dining and entertainment options.

Hampton by Hilton Bournemouth has 120 bright, modern rooms that do exactly what you need on a golf break: comfortable beds, good showers and a quiet space to reset for an early tee time. Rooms include free WiFi, air conditioning, a work desk, a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee-making facilities. There are accessible and connecting room options too, which helps if you're organising a society trip or a mixed group.
Standard rooms feature either a king or twin bed setup, blackout curtains and comfortable bedding that actually matters when you're teeing off early at Broadstone or Parkstone the next morning. The layout is straightforward and functional, with everything in the right place and nothing you don't need cluttering up the space.
Breakfast is included, with hot and continental choices that work well for golfers who want to get fed and get moving. The full English option is a sit-down meal that sets you up for 18 holes, and the timing is flexible enough to suit early tee times. There isn't a formal restaurant on site, but that's hardly a problem in this location. You're surrounded by town-centre options, and the nearby leisure complex gives you quick, easy choices for a casual bite.
In the evenings, the bar is a simple meet-up spot for a post-round drink before heading out. If your timings are all over the place, the 24-hour reception hub has snacks and drinks for late arrivals or early starts.
Facilities are limited in the best possible way: there's a small fitness room and a business area, but no pool or spa. If you're building a Bournemouth itinerary around golf at Parkstone and Broadstone, with the beach and nightlife as your off-course extras, this hotel fits the brief neatly. Fancy building a Dorset itinerary around Parkstone and Broadstone? Speak to the Your Golf Travel team and we'll help you piece together the tee times and the right room set-up.

A very modern clean hotel. Nice comfortable bed and clean bathroom with a shower. All that I needed and probably one of the better hotels in Bournemouth.

Hotel is absolutely fine as a B&B but the bar is for emergency use only as it lacks any sense of soul.

Brilliant place to stay. Very clean and tidy. Staff very efficient and helpful. Breakfast excellent in presentation and choice and bar reasonably priced. One adverse comment is with luggage for older guests access from car park to hotel reception is a,struggle.
