We had a great trip overall. The hotel was excellent all round, with good food, friendly staff, and plenty to do. The only downside was that I was bitten by a cat on the hotel grounds, which was not vaccinated. As a precaution, I had to receive a rabies vaccine. The hotel was aware that the cat was unvaccinated but still allowed it to remain on the property. Unfortunately, the day after I was bitten, another holidaymaker was bitten as well.

Great experience . Hotel food was excellent , absolutely loads to do if you had the time . We were just there to play golf so didn’t experience all the facilities.

Excellent food options. Great pool area with a bar nearby. The room was clean and well equipped. There was lots of activities to do like tennis , table tennis and boules … could have done with a pool table.

A Party of eight of us just got back. The hotel was clean and tidy and staff where great

Hotel was 45 minute drive from most of the courses that were recommended which was a bit too far. Hotel was pleasant but no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Bar was very impersonal and looked like a hall with a bar at end. The hotel was very cold. Residents were sitting in the bar with coats and scarves on! Golf was excellent

Second time here. Staff were great. Food was very good and plentiful. Value for money fantastic

The hotel was brilliant as were the staff! The beds were very hard and the pillows far too soft! (odd combination). My biggest criticism was the Wifi was not strong enough for a mobile devise to work in my room, I could only use my laptop or iPad which was annoying as this was a working holiday for me! I am sure I could have asked to move room. The food, drink, entertainment were fantastic!

Perfect for a mini break and golf break. Bed wasn’t as comfy as hoped but that’s an individual thing and does not dis credit the hotel. 100% return.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything was great, would have loved a rest day to have more time there!

We were greeted with sparkling wine and soft drinks very friendly showed us around the hotel rooms were comfortable and clean with plenty of activities on offer.all the staff were superb.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Definitely will be going back. The staff couldn’t of been more helpful and the hotel always had the option of something to do!

Excellent staff, food etc. Golf practice facilities a bit limited, only a net and three mats but everything else. Nice swimming pools, bars etc

Excellent staff and buffet restaurant. Rooms lacking little extras such as tissues and have fairly thin walls. If you are sharing with a friend the single beds are very close together. Water provided from filtered water stations along the corridors but nothing else in the fridge. Public toilet facilities had no method of drying your hands! Don’t bother with the a la carte - much better food in the buffet. Plenty of activities on offer during the day. Fab singer in the restaurant one night but he would have been better on the terrace or in the bar as he provided a great atmosphere. Lovely large attractive grounds with plenty of sun beds and areas to sit. The hotel is some way out of Marrakesh but runs a free, bookable, bus service daily.

The room was clean, functional & exactly what was required.

Our party of 8 golfers arrived at the hotel,which was a 45 minute drive from the airport in crazy traffic, 5 days after the earthquake for 7 days on an all inclusive basis. Although there was no major damage there were workers in all the empty rooms,filling in cracks and repainting. Our rooms were quite small,so much so that the twin beds could only separated by approx 6 inches. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room,no iron and board and nothing in the fridge.On the plus side the shower was hot and powerful.It was a garden view room,the garden was 7-8 feet of sparse grass bordered by a 2 ft. hedge, a shingle road and a few olive trees the a wall to the adjoining property. The bar didn't seem to have aircon, all the drinks were of local alcohol even cheap international drinks such as Smirnoff,Gordons had to be paid for. The restaurant was in the style of an airportor/service station dining area,though there was outdoor seating as long as you could stand the loud music in a foreign language. The food was very bland with most of the meat overcooked and tough and the vegetables, especially the potatoes undercooked. The snack shack by the pool served burgers and hot dogs,but after 3pm it was dry sandwiches. I would only class the hotel as 3 star,not 4 as claimed.

This is a "no frills" all inclusive hotel - plentiful food and drink, lovely grounds and pools, lots of activities on offer, spotlessly clean rooms. But not luxurious. For a short golfing stay it was ideal.

Hotel a little dated but spotlessly clean, Staff absolutely fantastic could not do enough for you, The food I would say was of a very high standard for buffet. Would I stay here again absolutely 👍

The room was adequate for a golfing holiday. The restaurant food was not good quality and usually tepid.

Lovely, lovely people who tried very hard to give everyone a good time even though the weather wasn't good. Food absolutely magnificent.

In our room there was no separate toilet and bathroom. The doors from bathroom opened onto narrow area opposite wardrobes, so could not open both at the same time. We did get invasion of ants on day 8 over night, which they dealt with, but only once we were out of the room. Once we got back there were still a few they had missed on the side board. A few staff were friendly, but most did their work with no inter reaction with guests. In conclusion this would not be our first choice of hotel.

Unfortunately had to wait an hour and. Half for bags to get to the room. Beds were made up as doubles and not singles . Shower had no sealant in bottom and flooded the floor. Door hanging of fridge cupboard. The customer liaison said we would get free treatment they never happened. As there is no where to put this added it here. Transport at other end messed up by yet booked for 8 transport company were expecting only 4. Had to spend a lot of time at airport finding booking info as the paperwork states transport to from but no number although the golf club booking had 8 on. Eventually got to golf club with the 8. Next morning had same trouble turned up to take 4 again phone calls and unnessary hassle before we went. And it happened again on the 3rd morning when a different driver turned up so a poor rating for yet.

This was a base for our golfing holiday and it was perfect. The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The bars were ample although the karaoke and night time shows were not our cup of tea! Excellent for what we required!

Very pleased with the package just one problem was not being told that it's very cold with early morning tee off in Jan.
