I have not got a bad thing to say about this place, it was absolutely super for any golfing trip, the all inclusive is perfect for the evening time for when you come back from golfing just to chill have have some food and a few drinks. The resort has a onsite 24hr gym and also has 9 outdoor swimming pools. The hotel is about 20 minutes from albafira in an uber witch cost about €8 each way. We will definitely be booking

Disappointed in a lot of this hotel, one bar, one average restaurant. The actual hotel was stunning, and the room was brilliant, however even little things, the cleaners trying to clean at 4pm every day even asked to be earlier the next day and they came back the same time. The ‘all inclusive programme’ is also bullshit. Selective drinks, one at a time, just embarassing from what I was sold.

Rooms are dated and poorly lit. Food was in awful. Breakfast stone cold as I had seen on trip advisor reviews months ago but the hotel have clearly done nothing to improve this. Pool areas not great.

The hotel reception people were so unfriendly and not helpful. On two occasions they caused us to be late for our tee off times due to them not organising the shuttle correctly to the golf course. They made us pay for taxis. It was not acceptable.

Hotel was lovely and a great size, due to time of year most of the facilities were closed or on reduced hours, so food was a bit hit and miss. Room was a great size and a really great balcony. Not much staff available due to time of year again so could be waiting a while for a drink or to get towel replaced. Really think it’s an excellent hotel and would like to try it again during peak season as I can imagine it would be at its full potential then.

Poor quality as room patio door didn’t lock and when we asked for it to be repaired it was very quickly dealt with but the next day didn’t lock again. Bathroom had Brocken mirror and glass was missing. Very sparse decoration. Tea and coffee were never replaced. We had to ask for hand towels to be replaced and toilet paper. Room was kleaned to a fashion but not the best standard. As it was supposed to be a four star it wasn’t the best. Food was good and plenty of it but there were 3 restaurants and only one occasion all three were open. And food was generally cold, although there was a microwave to use, but no instructions for it, and the staff didn’t appear to know how to use it either. The worst thing we found was there were no glasses so every time you had a drink no matter what it was. You have to use plastic cups or most of the coffee and tea. You had to use disposable paper cups which we found were terrible, especially for a four star hotel.

Stayed here 5 times now and have to say it’s going downhill . The food was poor quality and serve up cold, so not very appetising to eat, had to use a microwave for warming it up. Rooms are very good but apart from that it needs a big shake up.

Having stayed here before it was great to come back and see if it was as good as I remember. This place does not disappoint, the staff took care of us straight away as we arrived at lunchtime so were checked in to be able to have food in the restaurant and store our bags until our rooms were ready later .The 3 restaurants and 2 bars catered for everyone with good quality food choices everyday .This location uses a booking system to reserve a table for breakfast, lunch and dinner which was a little bit of a pain at times but we did on one occasion just walk into the eagle restaurant and just ask if we could eat as non of the 3 were ever full I can't see you being turned away if you forgot to book . Overall a brilliant break away . Love this place.We will be back 👍

Complex is big with plenty of pools. Rooms are massive with large balcony’s. For our golf trip with men it had all we needed and more with three different restaurants and good variety of food. Drink also very with superbock on tap and apple cider also. Cocktails all very good also. Would recommend

Accommodation and catering team great, we were let down by the hotel taking no responsibility for contacting the transfer company who failed to collect us after a golf excursion costing us £50.00

Excellent rooms cleaned daily to high standard. Restaurants clean and good choice of food. Bars disappointing Sports bar had 1 television with poor quality picture. Nightly entertainment ok but a bit samey with singers been the main fare.

I asked for cleaning the room to 2 p.m. was problem. no palse where can drink from glass, everywere plastic.

There we 5 of us, 2 in a suite and 3 in a junior suite. Both rooms were excellent. The junior suite had 2 double bedrooms,masses of storage,a huge lounge and 2 ensuite bathrooms. Could not fault it.Bars we well stocked and it was easy to get a drink,entertainment was ok (though the public could have been better singers!) There were 3 restaurants with lots of choice and were only 10 yards apart so we used to have a look in all 3 and cherry pick what we wanted then sit down in the quietest one.Plenty of sun loungers and pools.Must mention Max Penn at Yourgolftravel for being patient with us when booking and sorting out the accommodation we needed,did a great job.

I cannot give this hotel a five star rating because All cold drinks including alcholic served in plastic cups Hot drinks served in paper cups Although food was well cooked and presented it was served Luke warm onto COLD plates The main bar/entertainment area was a gathering point for rowdy drunken groups of men with no respect for others. No management was present to control them. Only local alcoholic drinks were served within the all inclusive package. There should be a separate bar area with an upgraded drinks package to accommodate customers who wanted somewhere to go for a quiet drink.

Group of 8 golfers stayed, couldn't complain about anything. Hotel was nice, food was spot on and the golf courses were brilliant (Alamos and Salgados). I would recommend going here, definitely.

Hotel was decent as expected with no major issues. Food was good for the week, rooms spacious and hotel is only a short walk to Salgados golf course. Unfortunately it isn't very close to Albufeira so we had to get Ubers when we went out but this didn't cost much. The only real negative at the hotel was arrival and check-in. We arrived at 11am and couldn't check in until 4pm. Additionally, the hotel seemed to be busy with arrivals so we were initially given a single room when our group had expected two. In fairness this was rectified quickly. The main issue with rooms was the doors - both of the rooms we were given had doors which didn't open or close easily and one of them had to have the maintenance team attend less than an hour after checking in. The staff were initially very dismissive and cheeky and the doors remained problematic for the week.

Quality Hotel just down the road from Salgados Golf Course. Varied food and something for everybody, there's a mini train which takes you down to the Beach Bars.Only a 10 min taxi in Albufeira for the nightlife and bars.

Traveled as a group of 16, no complaints from any of us ideal for large groups plenty of variety for food.
