Friendly staff, very dated decor, hot stuffy bedroom, uncomfortable small beds, issues with towel changing and housekeeping in general ( only one hand towel between two people!) On the plus side food and bar were good.

The accommodation was very clean and tidy, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating and both the restaurant and pub were emasculate with great views and more importantly a wide selection of beers,ale and ciders.

Great cliff-top position overlooking the sea and Sandwich Bay. Everything working and clean, organised for our stay on arrival. Room rate fine and reflected the lack of sea view. Special mention for the staff in the restaurant opposite where we ate on two consecutive nights. Really friendly service - caught some lovely weather so ate on the deck next to the sea. Only issue was the first breakfast - we arrived an hour before the deadline but certain things had already run out from the menu. Overall would recommend.

Great hotel for a golf break. Self contained facilities for breakfast, dinner and bar. Large car park. Staff are very friendly. Golf courses nearby. Visit Margate, Ramsgate and Birchington.

Excellent hotel. Very helpful staff great rooms . You go across the road for dinner which was first class , beautiful food . Breakfast is in the hotel and it was superb . Couldn’t fault anything will return happily

hotel was very good but was meant to have dinner and b and b was not told till second night we add only b and b on app we all paid for food first night so ygt never told us so was not very happy

Fantastic Hotel couldn’t fault it ! Great staff very good car park and attached pub which served fab food ! Only slight downside was it was out of Ramsgate and to far to walk to really but it didn’t bother us the pub/restaurant at the hotel was fantastic !!

Nice seaside hotel. Staff were lovely. A bit out of town but a 5 pound cab ride made this a non issue.

Staff ex. Room small. Bathroom very small. No bar. Good breakfasts. Clean. Asked for extra blank, given a extra sheet, they said they don’t have blankets. Maybe I used the wrong term. Directly across from hotel you have a bar and Restrauant. Great view from there. Food ex.. staff friendly. Need just a place to hang your head , would still recommend it.
