Hotel facilities and service excellent. Room with a sea view also excellent. Early in the season so some refurbishment taking place. Also not all food options available due to being'early in the season', but the food buffet was very good. Would certainly go again.

This is a beautiful resort and the golf is fantastic. The staff are very accommodating, setting up rides to where you want to go and giving recommendations on where to visit. All of our meals were delicious, even the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend booking a golf trip to this resort

Fabulous hotel with very accomodating staff. Restaurant options good, buffet meal seemed quite expensive, Drinks expensive.

The hotel was exceptional very high quality, the staff were great. Everything was wonderful about the place, shuttle bus to golf range / courses. The indoor pool/steam room/ sauna was lovely. A really lovely Hotel, surroundings beautiful, outside areas every thing was top draw.

After all these years standards have remained high and this is a great place to stay. To really experience the area you need a car to access Peniche where the local restaurants are otherwise you are a captured audience in the Marriott which is isolated from local amenities

Lovely hotel, rooms ideal for 2 golfers, large room, modern design, plenty space, overlooking sea, short walk down to beach, lovely. Only thing I would say as a negative is bar prices, very expensive IMO

We had a lovely stay and the staff looked after us very well. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed swimming in the pool ( although cold as beginning of season) The breakfast was good but dinner was very disappointing. We only had the option of the buffet and it was very tired looking. We asked the chef to cook us a fresh steak as the pre- cooked dishes looked unappetising.

The staff were amazingly helpful, efficient and always greeted guests with a smile . Nothing was too much trouble to organise. A very enjoyable stay.

Hotel was stunning with sea views and great facilities. Rooms were spacious and immaculate.

Fantastic location right on the beach. Sadly it rained for the 3 of the 4 days we were there so we were not able to benefit from the additional charge we paid for an ocean view room or use the outdoor pool, which was a shame. Beautiful hotel and we felt it was very homely. Staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you. Restaurants were great and food delicious.

We thought the hotel was excellent and would definitely recommend it to others. An outstanding choice for a golfing holiday.

Great Hotel who offered great support to our tour. Staff generally very helpful although the reception was often understaffed and others in nearby offices not so willing to help. The Guest Services Team were Brilliant.

Good accommodation but not all the restaurants were open so you were limited on choice. Great oceanside views and beach walk.

A great set up for a group trip. The hotel provides complimentary shuttles to the courses which are prompt and regular. The concierge team are amazing and can't do enough for you. The golf courses are fantastic and definitely not easy. The hotel caters incredibly well for groups and is tailor made for golf trips. And the value for money is spectacular. Highly recommend

Great trip. Hotel set up, quality and ease of moving between the courses (Praia d'el Rey, Royal Obidos and West Cliffs) was first class. Courses were fabulous. All different but definitely not easy. Highly recommend

Great place to be based for golf trip will definitely use again

Big hotel with long corridors. Quiet and enjoyable. Arrival spoilt by unexpected need to go five miles back to village, queue outside pharmacy for over an hour to get covid test. This after we had phoned the day before to be told test could take place at the hotel. Poor communication

Great hotel and fab location, both in terms of golf access and to a lovely beach. Only slight downside is the lack of restaurants in the local vicinity so transport required.

The hotel was in great location to get to the golf courses and beach. The rooms was spacious and comfortable.

Exceptional hotel, probably the best we've stayed at in Europe. The room was fabulous, great restaurant, food first class and very personable and efficient staff. Right on the beach. You can go to the golf clubhouse for dinner at night if you don't want a formal dinner in the hotel but there are not any local restaurants or bars in the area that we could find.

The Hotel is very nice with a lovely view from the bar to the Atlantic ocean. The staff are all wonderful. The rooms were spacious and well equipped.The breakfast buffet caters for all tastes. Overall an extremely enjoyable visit.

Rooms very comfortable and well equipped. However, 4 of our group were allocated double beds rather than twin rooms, as requested. The hotel staff said the order was for double occupancy and not specifically twin rooms. As the hotel was full they had to put us in a smaller room which had a cracked/ broken window, having been hit by a golf ball. Throughout our stay the staff were very helpful and friendly and prepared breakfast packs for us departing at 7am.

Generally very good and everything you would expect from a Portuguese resort. Some limitations in the Sports Bar food menu and sometimes the shortage in buses for transfers to and from the golf courses meant long waits to get to the course and a slightly more rushed preparation. Good breakfast with plenty of choice, very comfortable rooms with views out onto the golf course. Would certainly recommend.

As it was low season some of the restaurants were closed. Only the bar restaurant and the Clubhouse served dinner and the choices and quality were not as good as expected. Breakfasts were really good though.Enjoyed the indoor pool and hamam after golf.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. We would not return. Please advise your clients that car hire is really essential as there is no amenities nearby. The cost by taxi to go to the supermarket is 25euros for a return journey. The hotel do not keep basic medical items such as savlon, plasters or paracetamol again the visit to the nearest chemist can be costly. The restaurants are not in keeping with mature couples who would like to eat dinner in an pleasant quiet restaurant. The golf clubs restaurants at this time of year are almost empty at night therefore not much option on the menus. The buffet restaurant at 30 euros each for dinner without drinks and coffee is a terrible. The options to eat are basis and dull. Very loud and reminds me of a typical buffet in a cheap Spanish hotel. There was no point dressing for dinner most people were in all day golf wear or gym stuff. The hotel room service was adequate but a small bottle of water in the room was 3 euros. One small packet of nuts 5 euros. There is no hotel shop to purchase water or snacks to take on the golf course. The mini market closes on Sunday and Monday. So sorry but we were glad to come home. The golf courses were very good but the weather a bit wet.

Great hotel, super friendly staff. Limited bars and restaurants due to time of year, so no pool bar although plenty of people sunbathing there. No a la carte restaurant although the buffet was very good and great value. Drinks a bit pricey but to be expected.

The course was very nice but was very wet. It appeared that they had been over watering the fairways and it was very difficult playing off such damp fairways. Sometimes you were better off being in rough!!!

A cracking golf course. A little rough around the edges compared to a very top course and rain earlier in the week had made it very soft in places. However, the course was generally in good shape. Usual pitfalls of resort courses (nobody repairing pitchmarks and very slow rounds when later in the day) but still represents excellent value for money and thoroughly enjoyable.

Great Resort course anyone can play and have fun average round 4 1/2 hours a bit slower on weekends They do tend to pair you up with other golfers if you are not already in fourballs

Very pretty course and some lovely views but they can cram too many golfers in resulting in slow rounds, with ours taking nearly 5 hours. Greens good but tee's require maintenance.

A great course with the first nine mostly along the dunes/beach. The rough wasn't so rough you couldn't find your ball, which makes speed of play so much better. At this time of year (July) there was hardly anyone on the course, so could play in a two ball. Tricky but interesting course and in very good condition. Greens were fast but not so undulating that you couldn't read them. Made it a rewarding round. My favourite course in Portugal to date.

Enjoyed by all handicappers as could score well on this course. Some nice holes by the ocean. Easy walking.

Good variety of holes, greens a little slower than those at West Cliffs. The rough not as penal, either! Some great views beside the sea, a very pleasant and interesting course.

Beautiful course, great facilities and very fair test compared to the much more difficult West Cliffs. Some visually superb holes, stretching down the coastline on the back nine and a wonderful driving hole at the tenth. Our group of 12 played one round here and two on WC, and wished we'd done it the other way round. Excellent clubhouse with terrace for food and drinks afterwards. Superb!

Good condition but quite windy. A challenging course which plays long. Very quiet in December. Weather about 16 degrees.

Great course and in super condition. Good clubhouse and friendly staff, They cocked up our start time on day 2, but we managed and they apologised profusely afterwards. Probably the group favourite of the 3 courses.
