Course not well maintained. Fairways not cut. Looked a bit like a ghost town. Some really nice holes but maintenance let it down

From the practice area, to the tees, fairways and greens, the whole setup is really shabby. The villas and accommodation around the course all look really run down. The course itself had some very good golf holes, but the condition was very poor. We were due to play for a second time on our last day and the forcast was for heavy rain. On the morning, the forcast was wrong and was a nice day but we all decided to relax at the hotel and then go out for lunch instead !

Slightly apprehensive when arrived not helped by the weather but wow what an excellent course. Ok to walk carrying it with a trolley Didn’t stay here for food but what we saw brought out for other customers looked very

The course just needs tiding up, with some scruffy areas, and tee boxes. Greens were good, and again there are some fantastically designed holes. Rounds here will be slow because there are some natural bottlenecks, particularly on 17, with a mostly blind tee shot, followed by a blind second shot, and the first time of playing it golfers have no idea where the slopes have taken the ball. 18 is a really good closing hole, but the general view was that it was a d course that could be taken to another level with a bit more care of presentation.

This course was a replacement for Royal Obidos, so was always going to be a little disappointing. However, it was better than we expected. Greens were very good, but the overall surroundings were a bit untidy in places. Also, it was an extremely hot day, but there was no halfway house or refreshments buggy on the course. We all definitely needed water for the back 9.

Great challenge, easy to understand layout for a first time visitor. Close and easy access from Praia del rey hotel

Feels like Royal Obidos poorer brother. Good variety of holes, fast greens and wind comes into play. However the general condition of fairways/1st cut and practice facilities, not up to Royal Obidos high quality but still good.

This is an interesting course in the middle. of what looks like a run down resort. If you put that aside it was a great round with really challenging greens.

Nice course in good condition. Front 9 is much better than the back 9. Some of the holes were a bit boring on the back and the 18th was a little disappointing.

A bit of weather damage to a few areas of the course but a great layout and friendly service love the last 2 holes Buggies too expensive at €45

Nice course, welcome break from playing praia and West cliffs

A course that we were glad to play again. It doesn’t have the reputation that the other courses in the area have. It is a bit more forgiving from the tee with two great finishing holes we really enjoyed coming back to it
