Location of the hotel was great but was diappointed with the room booking. We booked as singles but did not expect to get a tiny room with an army cot. We always book as singles and always get a standard room that we pay more for but this was very unusual to get an inferior room

The hotel was perfect for our group of 14. The rooms were clean and comfortable, showers were good also. The food was okay, edible but we didn’t eat in the hotel too much as restaurants nearby are nice and cheap. Credit to the hotel for the good variety of choice at breakfast. My only gripe would be that in one of the hotel bars they were very slow to serve drinks. However, there were some other bars you could go to if you wanted a drink.

The hotel is ideal for us golfers, friendly, accommodating and food ok. Not far into heart of Torremolinos.

Very disappointed with the hotel. Pictures on their website are extremely misleading. We ate once at the hotel because the food was shocking. We stayed as part of a big group and to gain access to our room we had to go through our friends room first. The swimming pool lost all sun at around 1:30/2pm. After speaking to other people in the hotel (not just golf guests) they were extremely unhappy too.

Hotel was decent value and suitable for what you need facilities wise. Rooms cleaned everyday food was nice and drinks in all inclusive had a good selection. The hotel itself just didn’t have a wow factor more of a convenience and just average. The sun was only on one section of the pool for half of the day then no sun at all only disappointing aspect so we just did the beach instead the beach bar and bus shuttle provided was an added bonus overall a 4 star experience.

Rooms very basic and could do with a good spruce up. Reception and bar area very nice. Pool area also dated and needs a spruce up, pool bar always busy. Restaurant had plenty of choices and varied through the week but again very busy. Best sausages we have ever had at breakfast in a hotel. There is another restaurant which you have to book, we tried it, pretty similar but food cooked in front of you and there’s background music.

We were split on floors some on 1st 4th 7th. The rooms were of poor standard although cleaned every day. The lifts were always out of order and had to walk the stairs when going to golf which from the 7th floor was not acceptable. The staff were not very helpful regards this. We will not ever use this hotel again.

having stayed there last year the difference in standards has dropped quite a bit

Nice room.comfortable beds.only real problem was that there was no tea and coffee making facilities.

On arrival the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were given our rooms that were on the 9th floor (lift went to floor 8), to access one of the rooms we had to enter through the first room as there was only 1 door. The room its self was very old and run down. We went to reception and complained and we were moved to a 2 new rooms. These room were much better. The food and drink in the hotel isn't the best, its a buffet and is very tasteless and the same every night. The alcohol is exactly the same, its advertised as a certain beer but doesn't taste good at all. Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel

Budget hotel at best.

Nice and relaxed stay ideal for what we were after. For what we paid.

Very basic and very little bar staff

The main problem we had there was no hot breakfast till 8am and with us getting picked up either 815/8am didn’t get time for much to eat and only 2 lifts made it had to get down stairs

The hotel was very clean. But in places the paint was falling off the ceiling. Food was ok but 7 of the 24 ended up with food poisoning. Was not geared up for golfers, full of pensioners playing cards or dominos. Would not go back.

Hotel is no good if anyone in your group has heart problems or knee or hip issues lots of steps lifts are small so if you have golf gear with you can only get 3 in

All inclusive so ideal for drinks and breakfast, dinner not great but for the price can’t complain. Location perfect, 5 min walk to bars/restaurants.

Nice comfortable hotel a good base for a golfing holiday rooms could be better, we had 4 rooms 2 were a good size but no outside space and bars at windows 1 had good space and roof views no outside space the other was a smaller room with a small balcony overlooking main road and needed some minor repairs.

Good accommodation but some of the hotel was very basic meaning the elevators were very outdated The staff were very friendly and always willing to assist

Yes the hotel was fine, it would need the rooms upgraded and the restaurant improved as the food was repetitive and at times cold although a microwave was provided.

This was very Poor as we had booked 10 months in advance i could not believe how poor the rooms were. First room had one small window at ceiling height and was dirty so i asked for a room change the next day for one with a balcony which i got overlooking a construction site as i wanted a pool view. no kettle in the room not even a shower wash box until the last day. There were silver fish insects on the floors all over.no bin in the main room, green slime down the bath, No iron but you could hire one for 20 euro which was too small. All so our transfers times to the courses and back were bad as we were picked up most days at 08:15 and dropped off at around 3.30 which meant we did not use the restaurant facilities.as they were closed as they open at 08:00 and were closed when we returned the staff were not helpful at all and were rude. they even tried to charge us 144 euro to keep a room open which we finally got for 106 euro and at the time on trivago we could have booked a room for 91 euro. Could not believe having booked so far in advance that we could not have had better rooms and been advised of the restaurant opening/closing times.

The hotel was fine for us as we spent most of the day golfing , if we had to spend more time around hotel I would say it was small around the pool and size of pool was small for the amount of people stay in hotel , for us do no issues rooms cleaned daily

Staff were helpful and friendly and location was good. Hotel was a little tired and food was average but value for money

hotel as expected no thrills rooms clean food ok. Issue, Air conditioning not working properly, nearly all of the group commented that the units had a message stated filter needed cleaning and the lowest temperature you could set it was 18 degrees but then after a short time the unit reset at 25 degrees making it of no use. This was mentioned to the hotel reception. For the first time ever a number of the group went down with a bug, this was also mentioned to reception who stated they were not aware of any issue yet a number of other guests had mentioned that they had issues and they had also were aware of others not being well.

centre of town location and in all honesty in need of upgrading.bedroom/bathroom pretty basic .however all staff and room cleaners were excellent probably the best food i have had in all inclusive deal. you get what you pay for,so probably good value.

Staff really helpful and friendly. Food very bland and similar menus every day. La Gioconda restaurant was much better but we could only go there on one evening.

Enjoyed our stay, good location, the all inclusive is ok for drinks but the food is a bit of a let down

Hotel was great food ok plenty 2 choose from. Santa Maria great but 5hrs 4 a round was poor. Mijas olive great but challenging with water and sand. Overall our trip was superb

The hotel was OK, it would not be my first choice as I thought the food was particularly below par. However, location wise it is very central if you want to explore Torremolinos after golf and also convenient for both airport and not far to get to the golf courses we had booked. Staff very helpful and friendly, apart from the occasional grumpy barman but that is not unexpected when queues go on for miles for the all inclusive drink.

Hotel was very good for the purpose of our short 4 day stay to play golf.

The hotel was ok but very busy with families, the room was comfortable. It was a bit of a drive to the golf courses. The food was ok but not a great choice. You had to queue for drinks at all the bars.

The rooms could do with a bit of TLC.The pool and patio area would benefit from new furniture rather than the old white plastic ones.

Hotel was as we expected and provided everything we needed. Was a good base for our golf and the local bars and restaurants.

Rooms very small not much hanging space for clothes, All Inclusive but we had to pay for bottled water, No lunch pack up for Golf staff cold when approached, we only had toast and coffee all day until dinnertime Not a hotel for Golfers, Bar only one person serving so always a 10 minute wait for drinks, Hotel clean but not for us we won't be going again.

As always a good hotel to stay for golfers, easy access for transport and to pubs and clubs and good variety of food and drinks at hotel. Enjoyable experience

Start with the positives. The rooms were clean and tidy. The reception area was very welcoming and the staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is Ok if you like a cheap package holiday in the sun but very noisy, the acoustics in the main pool area are terrible and even worse when you are in your room, which doesn't help when people are shouting at the top of their voices having been on the booze all day. We ended up mostly eating away from the hotel, which isn't really the idea of an all inclusive. Food we did have was ok but again very busy and quite a small area for the amount of people. Cattle market comes to mind. The main pool area is very tired and needs updating, in Sept/Oct you lose the sun in the afternoon, due to positioning of the building, so not great for sun bathing if that's what you want. As with many hotels, the smoking is constant and no matter where you sit outside, you will inevitably be subjected to it. It permeates inside at times, due to others selfish behaviour. On the whole, a good jumping off point for Torremolinos but not one we will revisit.

We've been to this hotel three times and it is fine for a group of golfers but is starting to look tired. We were allocateed rooms on the 6th and 7th floors which were smaller than previous years and not overlooking the pool. The restaurant fayre was much poorer than last year with a very bland menu each night except for our last night when they put out a good spread (probably celebrating us leaving1).

All aspects were as expected with all staff friendly and accommodating. Food and service was very good considering the cost.

A really decent typical All Inclusive Spanish Hotel. Facilities are very good and the beer and drinks available are Amstel and local spirits etc. Our stay in the hotel was a pleasant one and suited us perfectly.

Was a decent base altho hotel was a tad basic was clean. The guests were a tad older than our party but the service was good and food was what you would expect. Good value

Overcrowded at first and old fashioned The elevators were not fit for purpose too small and only two so consequently had to wait ages Food ok at best and bar’s not sufficiently staffed so had to queue for a drink regularly over ten mins

Wonderful helpful staff, good food, pool area not inviting. Rooms clean and comfortable beds but lack of storage space a problem. Not in a nice area but perfectly ok for a golf holiday

we were initially allocated very small rooms which they described as Single Rooms.....we had actually paid an additional £110 each for 8 of the guys to have single occupancy of a double/twin room we were eventually moved to a better room having made a number of telephone calls when I should have been playing golf.....not happy

Let’s face facts. This isn’t 4 or 5 star luxury. But for a group of 8 guys on a golf holiday it is ideal. Rooms are basic but the beds are comfy and they are clean. The restaurant provides something for everyone and the quality is pretty good for an all inclusive. Same with the bar drinks. Not your top brands but I was drinking a decent whiskey and dry ginger on the all inclusive package. Staff are polite hardworking and efficient. Good value. One word about the shuttle service. Simply shuttle we’re first class all week. The buses were large, immaculate and comfortable. They come with a separate trailer for the clubs. The drivers are very polite, punctual, smart and helpful. Can’t recommend them high enough

the food was awful - we only had 2 meals in the hotel the staff were exceptionally rude the lifts didnt work the beds we're extremely uncomfy the amstel however was lovely

Basic accommodation and poor food

rooms very clean - located on first floor overlooking pool, all in all great value for money, all staff helpful and friendly. a bit of noise late at night too much alcohol - maybe free drinks should be restricted. some colleagues experienced lots of noise on there floor involving drunken male partner in room where childen slept. i assume it was a holiday in hell for his partner and children. security had to be called. feedback from my 7 colleagues was extremely positive. as there was no place to rare the coach company i would like to state that the company was exceptional in cleanliness, time keeping, quality of coaches and drivers of highest standards. well worth 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is very much a 'package holiday' hotel and even at this time of year was quite busy with families (mostly British). It was clean but the rooms were small and quite noisy. The bars were always busy and throughout our stay there was only one lift working which made life difficult when lugging golf bags, etc. However, as a golf group on a budget we were looking for something convenient and not too expensive and it lived up to that.

The hotel itself is nowhere near what a 4 star hotel is. The food is not good, and the staff, especially those working on reception, were consistently rude. The cleanliness of the rooms was good though but otherwise it is not a place I would recommend at all.

Hotel was clean and in a good location for our needs. The rooms were good size but would be handy to have a fridge And kettle to have a drink before and after the golf. The lifts were small and slow just about got 4 people and clubs in. Lots of queuing for drink only one barman on each bar.

It was described as 4star but would struggle to get 1. Probably the worst hotel I've stayed in. Impossible to get a sunbed.long queues in the bars and restaurant.very poorly equipped in the rooms and public areas. Outdated and dirty.lots of people trying to get as drunk as possible quickly. Only saving grace was la gioconda restaurant which had to be pre booked

Good comfortable rooms and nice staff. Clean and food was good. Usual long queues for drinks though.

Only problems we found with the hotel were the long queues at the bar as only one member of staff was working even though the queue was out the door (Management need to look at this) not the bar staffs fault. Also the lifts but I think this is a problem in most hotels in Spain and finally a lot of steps inside the hotel some of which you do not see until nearly falling down them

Ideal base for a golf holiday. Rooms were functional and restaurants and food were good, with a varied choice.

The problem with the hotel, is the bar facilities. There were 100's of people staying when we were there - 19th to 23rd May - but only ever one person serving in each of the two bars. This meant long queues waiting to get a drink and then you could only get two at a time, meaning if you are in a group, several people have to queue. The bar facilities are a real con for all inclusive!!

The hotel was very noisy you could even hear your neighbours talking in the bedroom next door. In need of a refurb The hotel was along way from the beach. Definitely would not stay there again

A little basic for a four star but excellent value.

The hotel, and value, were excellent .The location choice based on the golf courses chosen to play was poor, at least a 40 minute drive to all courses, we had no option other than to hire a car and travel, as doing by TAXI would have been an horrendous cost

Juan Miguel best barman in the hotel. Friendly and knows his football. Food good enough quality and split evening meal times makes the restaurant work.

The hotel is very clean & rooms comfortable. The bars serve local beer & spirits as part of the All Inclusive but avoid the wine - it is dreadful! Worth paying an extra 5 Euro supplement for a Marques de Cacceras! Good entertainment after dinner in the late night bar but stops serving All Inclusive at midnight & then prices are whatever the bar staff feel like charging! The restaurant is cramped and as a group of 17 we could not sit all together as tables are set-up in 4s. There are a couple of tables for 8 but pot-luck getting one. Short walk to beach & train station which is handy for getting into Malaga. The transfer time to & from the airport is only about 15 minutes & transfers to golf courses was less than 30 minutes. All in all a good hotel and very reasonably priced.

if it was not for the fact we were out every day playing golf you would have to be up by 07.30 to get a seat around the pool the rooms were clean and tidy but no fridge for storing water or chocolate. the food was good and you could eat all day
