The Bristol Hotel

Really good hotel, however with no air conditioning in the rooms, you rely on a fan to keep you cool in the peak of summer.

the Bristol Hotel is good value for money staff always helpful, only food was breakfast which was a wide variety of cooked and cold food. we have stayed at the hotel a couple of times before and the standard has not dropped.

The Hotel was excellent. In a central location, and excellent value for money. The only complaint our party had, was the size of the bathrooms. They were just too small.

The location of the hotel is superb. Walking distance to everything in town with loads of attractions nearby. The room itself was fine (although it would have been nice to plug the hairdryer in at the mirror!) but the view onto the building next door was pretty grim and the bathroom, supposedly for two people, was no bigger than a broom cupboard. Given the quality of the rest of the hotel, the bathroom was a letdown, to say the least.

Great place to stay to get around Bristol. It was only maximum 30mins away from the golf courses we were playing at. Very short walking distance to many bars and restaurants.

Great hotel in the middle of Bristol. Close to amenities. However bar and restaurant was closed for refurbishment whilst we were there

The Bristol Hotel is a first class hotel that catered for all our needs our group could not fault it.

Excellent staff, facilities, location, food, bar shut early but not necessarily a bad thing.

All members of the party were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel, which was ideally situated for after golf meals and drinks.

The hotel is in a perfect location for bars, restaurants and local sites. The staff were very welcoming and cleanliness very high. Rooms were spacious but bathroom a bit on the tight side. Breakast is buffet style with a very good choice.

The hotel staff were very helpful and made us all feel very welcome. The rooms internally were very comfortable and well equipped. Whilst the location is very good for access to bars and restaurants it did mean that some of the rooms were noisy late at night/early in the morning with people returning from bars and clubs. I think they need triple glazing. The restaurant is small relative to the size of the hotel which meant we had to queue for a table at breakfast. The breakfast itself was excellent.

The Bristol Hotel was well organised rooms were good a little small but had all you require, only used the outside bar very pleasant staff 1st class. breakfast was very good.

Great location and decent size rooms, staff very accommodating and breakfast pretty decent. Didnt get to have dinner in the hotel but apart from that it was everything one would expect.

Rooms were are a bit small,especially the bathrooms.

The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble,breakfast was varied and excellent with the offer of fruit (free) to take for our round of golf each day an example of how they went the extra mile.

Very pleasant stay in the Bristol. The hotel doesn't look much for the outside, but it is very comfortable within, with very nice staff.

Excellent hotel in a great location, secure ncp car park next door, reasonably charged at £7 per night.
