If you are looking for an even more luxurious stay there are the options of a deluxe king room or a suite which are 250 and 474 sq. ft respectively. the Bristol Hotel is good value for money staff always helpful, only food was breakfast which was a wide variety of cooked and cold food. we have stayed at the hotel a couple of times before and the standard has not dropped.

The location of the hotel is superb. Walking distance to everything in town with loads of attractions nearby. The room itself was fine (although it would have been nice to plug the hairdryer in at the mirror!) but the view onto the building next door was pretty grim and the bathroom, supposedly for two people, was no bigger than a broom cupboard. Given the quality of the rest of the hotel, the bathroom was a letdown, to say the least.

The hotel is in a perfect location for bars, restaurants and local sites. The staff were very welcoming and cleanliness very high. Rooms were spacious but bathroom a bit on the tight side. Breakast is buffet style with a very good choice.

The hotel staff were very helpful and made us all feel very welcome. The rooms internally were very comfortable and well equipped. Whilst the location is very good for access to bars and restaurants it did mean that some of the rooms were noisy late at night/early in the morning with people returning from bars and clubs. I think they need triple glazing. The restaurant is small relative to the size of the hotel which meant we had to queue for a table at breakfast. The breakfast itself was excellent.
