Amid the giant boulders that are strewn across the arid Sonoran Desert are the Monument and Pinnacle courses, which consistently rank near the very top of the lists of Scottsdale's greatest layouts. Designer Tom Weiskopf has returned to revise his original creations, and as of October 2007, the courses are better than ever.
Among the renovations was a complete overhaul of the putting surfaces, which are now slick and pure. Under the shadow of Pinnacle Point and the McDowell Mountains, this is desert golf in its most unfiltered manifestation - not fussy or ostentatious, just outstanding courses, pure and simple.

They had us on the wrong course but paired us up just before tee off, so we were rushed. Caddie mandated but was not that good

Course is very popular and the greens reflect that why so few people do not repair pitch marks I will never know. Not in the same league as Quintero or We-Ko-Pa and for the price they charge they should be
