Nice hotel but a bit tired. Located in the centre of Albufeira, so good if you want to party in a very touristy area.

Hotel staff ever so friendly, rooms cleaned every day. Good selection at breakfast. Bar staff good fun and like a laugh and joke with you. Leisure club and gym well maintained.
A decent hotel, rooms were fine, had a pool/sea view which was good. The only issue we had was the super slow service in the Pub bar. 1 maybe 2 people serving when there were loads of customers. They could have put another person there to help.

Very well maintained and clean hotel with superb swimming pool, bar and spa. Breakfast very good and staff very helpful. Good central location between old and new town . Taxis ordered within minutes.

Staff are not the friendliest and breakfast is very poor quality
Every aspect was first class with the exception of the downstairs bar "The Dog and Duck" it is dark and foreboding, but biggest complaint from our party was the lack of serving staff and less than welcoming attitude of staff who were there, needs complete overhaul.
