The hotel is a well presented hotel, our arrival we quickly sorted out by a lovely lady on Reception. Everybody was able to get into their rooms quite quickly. Most of the staff seemed to be pleased to be working in the hospitality industry, only a few came across with don’t care attitude. But not many. Food in the restaurant was very good and extremely reasonable. Breakfast was the highlight along with lemon beer. Thank all the people I came across, made our trip.

Only had the breakfasts which were good, although the crockery and cutlery supplied are of a ridiculously small size, perhaps an initiative to stop too large a portions to be taken, but just makes for more people up and down from the tables. Seemed to be quite a few hen-parties staying here who were noisy an thoughtless when coming back late at night, sadly this seems to be the modern English way.

One of the better hotels we have used.Clean well run and all staff courteous hardworking.Car parking 25euros per day no free parking in emediate area so pay and get on with it.Plenty of restaurants round about.Used hotel Italian restaurant which was very good.

Hotel in a perfect location to explore Puerto Banus. Hotel was very clean and looks like it was recently decorated. Lovely Art displays in the lobby. Nice friendly staff and plenty to choose from in the buffet breakfast. Would be nice to have a Jacuzzi for after the golf though. I will return in the future.

Perfect location to get around. Basically everything you need is on your door step. Could not of asked for better in the price range. When we needed to travel, just ask at reception and a taxi is ready within 5 minutes. The entire group cannot praise this booking enough. Well done Barry!

Hotel quality and decor was really impressive. Only downside was the lack of a bar to have a few drinks. Apparently the pool bar is open till 19.00 but a more social gathering space is needed. Staff were great apart from the reception/check-in people were incompetent, or maybe it was their systems. Not that many people were queing to check in, but we waited over half an hour. During our 5 day stay, we asked on 2 occasions to have a kettle delivered to the room (an option on request) and some tea/coffee products, but nothing ever arrived! Having said all this, would stay there again.
