We played on a Monday afternoon and we pretty much had the place to ourselves as a group of 12. It is up there in my top 3 best courses I’ve played, the staff treated us amazingly and the service from them and the pro shop start to finish was perfect. The greens were quick but not as quick as we thought, this was due to the rain 2 days aho but it was so good we played it twice and then they were rapid.

Wow. Just brilliant and once the second course opens next week. It’ll become an absolute must for a two day stay over. Even the current temp club house is amazing. Made to feel like members as soon as you arrive.

I’ve been playing golf in Portugal for over 20 years and this course is definitely up there with the best I’ve played. Fantastic experience, we were looked after the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Definitely recommend this course, it’s set up for all standards of golf.

Heard the hype about Dunas and it lives up to every bit of it. The best course in Portugal. With 6 tees for choice, can select your difficulty level and have an enjoyable if not easy experience. Plenty elevation changes, fantastic views and feel like playing each hole in isolation. Superb sloping greens set at a good pace. Practice range and facilities are second to none. Staff and and service level are first class. Still a relatively young course that will just get better. With new course, nearby at Torre(designed by Sergio Garcia) opening next year, this will make a 36 hole resort not to miss!

Fab experience. We replayed in the afternoon - only offered a 10% discount though. Think it should be more. Best thing that Jack did was to insist we play this one. Course was almost deserted.
